There are many reasons for seeking the help of a Personal Trainer. Weight loss, weight gain, increased fitness levels, core stability, sport training, self esteem , body tone, pre and post natal fitness. You may want to run the next marathon, you may want to be able to tie your shoelaces without getting out of breath. We are all individuals.


 

 


As trainers go, everyone has their own personality and style. I like to try and make your workouts as suitable for you as possible. We find out what your goals are and what you'd enjoy while I create a plan for you to work through. My sessions are normally varied which helps to keep them interesting. Sometimes there will be challenges and targets thrown in to keep things interesting.

                                                     

Fitness workouts can include aerobic work on machines or outdoors, in a studio or in the comfort of your own home. Free body exercises like crunches and squats can be done anywhere. Free weights exercises with dumbells or barbells may be included, either from my home gym or using what I can carry to your home. I do have use of Feelgood Fitness in Haverhill where no membership is required and includes use of the sauna and Steam room.
