Pinnacle-Fitness

                                  Introduction

I was born in Zimbabwe in 1975

Growing up in Africa I developed a passion for wildlife and natural history. Educated at Falcon College (www.falconcollege.com) I became interested in sports as well as continuing my wildlife interests.  I took part in various sports including athletics, rugby, swimming and golf. Under the guidance of the late Ron Hartley I became an avid falconer and have continued to fly hawks in the UK.

I moved to England in 1997 and completed a diploma in Personal Training/Sports Therapy in 2001 with Premier Training International (Maidstone)

After that I worked independently and for several fitness centres in Kent. I moved to Suffolk in 2003 and created Pinnacle-Fitness. Since then I have been employed by Feelgood Fitness (formerly Atrium Active) while building up my own business.

Since moving to the UK my interests in my free time include gym, skiing, photography and falconry. Squeezing in a social life when I can. I enjoy travel when possible and have a long list of places I'd like to visit.
