As many of you know it is often far easier to have a Personal Trainer come to you rather than you having to go to the gym. Due to time constraints and work commitments it's often easier and more comfortable to exercise with a Personal Trainer in the privacy of your home or even in your back garden.
While I can't bring the whole gym to you, I can carry more than enough home Personal Training equipment for a full cardiovascular and muscle tone exercise routine. It's surprising what you can achieve with just some floor space and a few simple tools.
Running, cycling, aerobics, step movements and the all popular boxercise provide the invigourating fat burning cardio exercise which stimulates and energises your body while increasing your endurance and fitness. Having a Personal Trainer to do this with ensures you get a full work out and have someone to push as well as motivate you.
Part of my home Personal Training routine covers pilates based core and stability exercises as well as light dumbell exercises and barbell exercises providing you with all the shaping exercises to tone your body the way you like it. Using a fitball, resistance bands and other portable equipment, your Personal Trainer can structure a routing that will target all muscle groups.
As well as all this I have a home Personal Training gym set up at my house in Sturmer. It's a wonderful and quiet place to train. I have all the necessary equipment there and access to scenic outdoor running and cycling tracks if your sessions include this. There is ample safe parking just outside. If you prefer to train away from your home but not at the gym then you will have exclusive use of mine while I work with you through your routine.
