What a fantastic website! Very informative and user friendly. Also a great opportunity to say a hugh thank you for such a great workout every Monday at your "on the ball" class held at Feelgood Fitness. They are very hard work indeed, but worth every bit of pain and we have a good laugh at the same time :-) Thanks Jez!

I have just completed 6 sessions with Jez and the kettlebells. At the end of each 30 minute session I was ready to die... but it was great and so worth while!!! Jez certainly knows what he is doing, even if at the time it hurts so much you think he doesn't!!! Good luck with everything Jez, you have certainly helped me.

I just wanted to say that Jez is awesome. In the space of just a few weeks he has already improved my fitness and just as importantly my confidence! Looking forward to what else he can help me achieve :)

I just wanted to say how much Jez has helped me! He has been both suportive and helpful! His fitness tips and techniques with the kettlebells have been a godsend!!! His understanding of fitness is second to none I know of. He always has time for you aswell which is hard to come by in a any gym now days!! Thanks to him i have my goal weight in sight!!
